Winter Quarter 2025

January 1, 2025: Candidacy Application opens
Week 1-3 / Jan. 6-24th: Promotion Period
Week 4 Jan. 27-31: Close application 1/31 *can extend deadline by one week*
Week 5 Feb 3-7: Final Eligibility Notifications
Week 6-8 / Feb 10-28th: Mandatory Candidates Workshops/ Candidate Pictures
Week 9: March 3-7: Final Candidate Pictures
Week 10: March 10-14: Candidate List is finalized

Spring Quarter 2025

Week 1: March 31-4: Prep week: Posters approved, answering questions

Week 2: April 7-11: Campaign Week 1: campaigning begins April 7th at 8 am

• April 8th: Candidates Convention: 10AM/3PM

Week 3: April 14-18: Campaign Week 2: VP Debate: VPF, VPIA, VPM, VPDEI

Week 4: April 21-25: Campaign Week 3: President Debate: President, EVP, VPEA, VPS
Week 5: April 28-May 2: VOTING WEEK

• Polling Locations: 
• Bell Tower: 9AM-6PM
• Glasgow: 9AM-6PM
• Lothian: 9AM-6PM
• ASUCR/HUB: 9AM-6PM
• *subject to change based on amount of volunteers

April 28th: Emails about voting will be sent out by 8AM
May 2nd: Voting concludes at 12:00 PM
May 2nd: Elections Director, Executive Director, Ballot Techs, and Judicial will sign off votes
May 2nd: Results are posted outside the ASUCR office at 5 pm, will be posted on Instagram
*Runoff/Special Elections begin if necessary

Week 6: May 5-9: Elections Director Application opens

Week 7: May 12-16: Elections Director Application closes
May 19th: Interviews conducted
May 20th: Final candidate notified
May 21st: Special Election/Ratification

Week 9: May 26-30
Week 10: June 2-6
